I really love this project I have several clients who I will be financing in this project and it will be exciting to see it completed. I have had the privelage to watch it from it's inception and it's exterior is very sleek and will definitely accent the Chicago skyline. It's services in the Hotel will compare with the Peninsula and rival the Ritz Carlton. Shangri La Hotel in China has a stellar reputation.
Unlike Trump, this Hotel will offer boutique Services and will cater to a clientele who is looking for ultra luxury. A great proeprty to add to your real estate portfolio interenational or domestic.
